Patrick Arthur
Senior Project Manager
Patrick is a mechanical engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry. He has deep experience in performing energy audits, feasibility studies, and commissioning/retro-commissioning activities. He has worked as an HVAC engineer in a campus environment and has been responsible for the specification, design and installation oversight for building controls and equipment. As an Owner’s Agent on Cx and RCx assignments he has been responsible for verifying project performance and for systems that include systems and/or subsystems for mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, building envelopes, interior systems (example laboratory units and hospitals), utility plants, sustainable systems, lighting, water, and building controls.
Patrick is also an experienced solar energy engineer and is currently assisting in the construction and commissioning of utility-scale solar PV projects for a utility client on the east coast. Activities for these projects include overseeing project close-out and commissioning. In prior efforts he has conducted solar project feasibility studies, including cost/benefit analyses.
