The Building Assessment Tool (BAT) is a publicly available MS Access Application that provides users a structured format for the collection and reporting of energy audit and facility condition assessment information. Designed with Public and Private Sector clients in mind, the system was developed for the Department of Homeland Security, which has made the system broadly available. This 7 minute demonstration video provides agencies and other users important information on the features of the BAT.
